There are 2 school level exams which are conducted every year by different state boards of India. These are senior secondary certificate (SSC) or literal meaning 10th board exams and higher secondary certificate exams (HSC) which is also known as 12th board exams. Students have to face tougher exams than SSC, however SSC got more number of subjects but HSC exams are focused solely on subjects choose by students after clearing SSC exams.
